Why am I not selling well?
How can I get a Headstart with "GUIDE TO 10x SALES ON SOCIAL MEDIA" in 2019?
I feel generous this Christmas because I Just hit "SIX FIGURES" on just pre-order of MY VERY FIRST BOOK, so I'd share an idea from my book FREE to my dear friends.
HOW DID I HIT 6-FIGURES??
Why did I need to position myself??
People don't buy from people they don't know. That's a BASIC FACT!!! You are either a FAMILY and FRIENDS or you are a FAMOUS BRAND... If you are family and friends you know say you nor go sell well.
So YOU need to be seen as a FAMOUS RECOMMEMDED PROFESSIONAL in your niche.
Now How can you achieve that?
The principle of POSITIONING yourself is a very important player in this equation.
Note that PERCEPTION IS REALITY! The way people see you as a person is how they address your business.
"Your BUSINESS is an extension of your PERSONAL BRAND."
Hence, If you want more sales, you need to set YOURSELF on a higher platform in people's eyes.
How Can you POSITION YOURSELF as a PROFESSIONAL?
These minor tweaks we ignore go along way to harm our brand and how customers are attracted to our business.
Something as simple as:
- The way Your profile looks.
- The value of the content you create.
- The way people talk about you online.
And a whole lot of strategies I discussed in my book. I have used all these strategies and have achieved my money goal for December.
I promised myself to help more start-ups with the Knowlege I gained.
I tested the strategies and they worked for me,
I can help you too. You are having issues with your sales and you need advice. You have given up on Facebook ads.
The sweetest part of my gist is I HADN'T EVEN LEVERAGED ON INFLUENCERS and FACEBOOK ADS to sell my product yet and I hit my goal in JUST 3 WEEKS.
Two lessons I learnt in this Journey of creating a digital product :
1. Create a product that meets an every day need. What I call a "vitamin C" product.(explained in my book)
2. Create market around that your product before you finish producing it. Reach out to the people that need it and bring them together and pour out value to them.
These automatically set you ON TOP. Of course, if you know what you are doing.

"Bro, you won't be able to fit into the event. I don't know your sales skills."
I posted a Picture from a blog that carried my post. Then I went back to his inbox and requested to feature in his program, he agreed.
"The way you are on your phone, If I was like that on my phone, I would be a billionaire o."
"Haba, Ogaranya like you. No whine me jare."
"Seriously, you made this trip for a vacation for you but from what I see you haven't left work. When I decided to make this trip, I left work entirely and decided to rest cos 2019 is gonna be hectic for me with a lot of businesses."
I looked at him and realised one thing. Immediately I realised it I blurted it out, more to myself than him,
"I work hard, you work smart."
I was everywhere on social media he was rarely making noise on social media but he was at the right places at the right time, meeting the right people to further BUSINESS.
That night as I slept, I thought to myself what I want to share with you NOW
When you ask yourself, who has got your money and evaluate your answers you would realise the errors you have been making in positioning.
It's not just about positioning everywhere, strategic positioning means being seen as a professional at the right places, the right events.
Do everything that'd help put you in front of that customer that would invest in your business.
Not just that, but make him put his hand into his pocket to exchange his money for your service as well as recommend you to other customers.
Two things you must do:
- Be a master at what you do, become an authority in it.
- Package that service into a product to offer.
"You must not be everywhere, you have to be at the right place, at the right time...in front of WHO HAS GOT YOUR MONEY!"
